What is Find My Location?

Find My Location is a feature in Oration that allows contact centre agents to quickly obtain a caller's precise location during a phone conversation. This can be invaluable in scenarios where knowing the caller's location is critical, such as roadside assistance.

How does Oration’s Find My Location feature work?

At any time during a call, whether within the initial automated dialogue or once the call has been delivered to an agent, the Find My Location process can be initiated. When Find My Location is initiated, the caller is prompted to share their location via a text message containing a link. Once the caller clicks the link and approves location sharing, their precise geographic coordinates (longitudes and latitudes) and formatted address details are displayed to the agent within the Oration interface.
