How does Oration’s Personalisation feature work?
Oration's Personalisation feature allows for a more efficient caller experience by remembering the caller's previous responses within a set time frame. This feature can be activated in different call flow actions within Oration such as Ask, Info, Receptionist and Say. The duration of the caller's context being remembered can be customised by the organisation. The Personalisation feature in Oration reduces the effort for repeat callers by having the call flow be aware of their previous responses.
